This stoneware dish set is great for feeding pellets and supplements or treats. The larger dish is four inches (4") in diameter and the smaller dish is three inches (3") in diameter. The bowls are heavy which makes them difficult (although not impossible) for a chin to turn over. Also, their hard glossy finish makes them easy to clean.
These dishes are definitely "chinchilla-chew-proof."
