Among the herbs included are hawthorne flowers and leaf, nettles leaf, elderberries, uva ursi leaf, olive leaf, cut seedless rosehips, melissa (lemon balm), caucasus kefir culture, apple, and more. These herbs provide many beneficial effects and are very high in anti-oxidents. Our chins love their Herbs'n Oats™ so much that we tend to think of it as much as a treat as a supplement.
