The Super Pet Lava Swing is one more excellent play toy for fun-loving little chinchillas. Not only does the volcanic rock provide a safe and effective way for chinchillas to wear down their ever-growing teeth, but it also provides for playtime action. The rock perch is about 6 1/2 inches long and a chain is attached for easy hanging. It comes in assorted Super Pet colors. We suggest that it be used where a chin won't have a long fall if he or she should happen to fall off.

I got one of these on accident while ordering a swing for my rat from work. Once I realized what it was I was very excited as my chin's love the lava bites and lava ledge. I put this in with two of my Chin's and they never quite figured out it was a swing, they just ended up chewing the perch. I tried ordering a replacement perch to give them time to figure out they can sit on it and they never quite figured it out. Perhaps it was just my chin's but if your gonna spend the 7 bucks might as well get the lave ledge as it will probably last longer and get more use.
